Top AEW star after successfully retaining his title against Bandido

Last Wednesday on Dynamite: Maximum Carnage, Bandido challenged the top star, MJF for the AEW World Championship. The masked star got the opportunity after winning the Dynamite Diamond Ring several weeks back.

Despite giving his all in the World title match against Maxwell Jacob Friedman, Bandido failed to capture the Championship, as he passed out to a submission hold by Max in the end. After successfully retaining his title, The Salt of The Earth broke his silence on the X social media platform with the following message:

“AND STILL!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE YOUNG GOAT!!!! #LuchaLegend.”

Nevertheless, Bandido is still the Ring of Honor World Champion and he wrestled two consecutive matches on CMLL recently. Fans will have to wait and see what’s next for the 30-year-old star.
