Relegated LIV Golfer joins Charley Hull with fresh brand endorsement deal: Reports

Relegated LIV golfer Anthony Kim joined Charley Hull after reportedly signing a deal with Malbon Golf. The American golfer is preparing to play this week at the LIV Golf Promotions event, with hopes to rejoin the Saudi league.

Ahead of that, in a pre-tournament press conference, he addressed the media wearing a white half-sleeve shirt with the Malbon Golf logo on it. It is a specially designed shirt and has “AK” written on one side.

Nuclr Golf has shared a picture of Kim on its X (formerly Twitter) account with a caption:

“Anthony Kim appears to have inked an endorsement deal with Malbon Golf, with the company’s logo appearing on his chest. Kim joins Jason Day, Fred Couples and Charley Hull among others to represent the brand.”

Malbon Golf’s apparel has caught people’s attention after Jason Day signed a deal with them. Charley Hull joined the brand in 2024 along with Jeongeun Lee6. The English golfer talked about the deal back then and said (via LPGA):

“It’s great that thanks to brands such as Malbon, women now have the chance to consider fashion when they get dressed for golf. I don’t think that was the case a few years ago. I think it’s also now possible to look good and be comfortable, especially on the golf course, and it’s even better that you can stay in what you’re wearing when you go out to meet friends post-golf!”

This year, Kim joined the brand. The American golfer was relegated from LIV Golf after playing two seasons. He had a tough time on the greens last year and is looking forward to rejoining the league through the promotions event. He is scheduled to play in the second round of this week’s event, which is scheduled for Friday, January 9.

Notably, only the top 20 and their ties will advance to the final two rounds over the weekend, and the top three on the leaderboard after four rounds will secure their spots on LIV Golf for the 2026 season. It would be interesting to see if Anthony Kim will make a return to the league.

Charley Hull starts with her practice ahead of the 2026 LPGA Tour season

Charley Hull is enjoying some time away from the field these days. There is still time left for the start of the new season; however, she has already started with her practice sessions. The English golfer shared a video of her practice swing on her Instagram account. She shared the post with a caption:

“Snow outside means indoor grind.”

For her indoor practice, Charley Hull wore an all-white outfit. In the last season on the LPGA Tour, she played in 16 tournaments and made the cut in 14. She won the 2025 Kroger Queen City Championship, where she played the four rounds of 68, 65, 67, and 68.

The new LPGA Tour season is scheduled to start with the season-opening Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, which will take place from January 29 to February 1 at Lake Nona Golf Club and Country Club.
