Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels dislocated his left elbow during Sunday’s primetime matchup versus the Seattle Seahawks. The Commanders will be without their former first-round draft pick for the next few weeks.
On Sunday morning, his mother, Regina Jackson, shared a photo from a game earlier this season. She can be seen looking towards the field during a pregame moment, watching her son. She added an inspirational message to the quarterback as he currently recovers from his elbow injury.
“Always got your back kid (heart emoji) (hand heart emoji),” Regina Jackson captioned the photo.

In the photo, Regina Jackson can be seen wearing a white tank top and burgundy striped pants.
The Washington Commanders haven’t placed Daniels on the Injured Reserve despite his injury. The team remains hopeful that he could return after their bye in Week 12. It remains to be seen how Daniels continues to recover from the injury.
Jayden Daniels’ mom, Regina, co-founded new sports agency
Jayden Daniels’ mom, Regina Jackson, became a certified NFL agent when he was drafted by the Washington Commanders. Jackson didn’t inspire to become her son’s personal agent, but she wanted to be educated in the field to ensure that her son receives the proper guidance throughout his NFL career.
Being NFLPA certified allows Jackson to be involved in Daniels’ contract negotiations.
She has stated this mission in the past throughout her son’s journey through college football at LSU and then after he was drafted by the Commanders.
In July, the certified NFLPA agent co-founded her own agency, called “Athletes in Control.” The agency will advise athletes at the collegiate level when it comes to NIL (Name, Image and Likeness) deals as well as retired athletes as they continue their business endeavors after their playing careers.

Jayden Daniels is a brand ambassador for “Athletes in Control” although his mom isn’t directly his NFL agent.
