General Hospital early weekly spoilers for January 12th – 16th expect Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) freaking out and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) lashing out.
As we always do on early edition day, we start with what’s coming the rest of this week. And then we’re going to dive into what’s coming next week.
General Hospital Early Spoilers: Laura Relieved & Michael Worried
On Wednesday, January 7th, we have Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) feeling quite relieved. This may be because Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Ace Cassadine (Karis and Kieran Barry) have packed up and left for Dublin. As I mentioned, Jon Lindstrom had to get back to Atlanta to continue shooting for Beyond the Gates. And it looks like he’s actually been moved up to a contract status there because he’s now in the opening credits, which is a promotion of sorts.
Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) gets a shock and he tells Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) that he hopes his lies haven’t cost him his children. This shock may be more about the fact that he’s figuring out he may be under scrutiny and may be facing charges. Again, I really don’t think that Michael shot Drew. I wouldn’t blame him, but I don’t think he did it.
GH Early Spoilers: Dante Turns to Lulu
Plus, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is conferring with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). And this might be about what happened in court regarding Michael’s alibi falling apart, or it could be an update on Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and the PCPD not being able to find him. Tracy reaches a shocking conclusion.
It looks like in this discussion with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), she might do the math and realize that she and Michael were overheard talking in the kitchen and that Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) was on the Quartermaine estate right before that. Tracy tells Lulu, “If it is him, heaven help him.” I think Tracy is talking about Lulu’s uncle Martin for sure.
Meanwhile, Lulu is there for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). He comes over to the house to talk about what happened in court and share his concern that Michael might have really done this. Dante feels guilt for Michael going to prison at age 17. And Lulu had a hand in that back then if you were watching. Dante also tells Nathan that he doesn’t trust himself to do it. I think he means working on the case. If Michael is accused, I don’t think Dante wants to be part of sending Michael back to prison. He may be considering taking a step back.
General Hospital Spoilers: Trina & Kai Debate
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) tells Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) they need to drop this and stay out of it. It sounds like Trina has realized Michael might have shot Drew. They both realize that, but they don’t want to see Michael in trouble. They don’t want to help Drew.
But you know how Kai is. He’s a big “tell the truth” person at all costs, even though that cost him a lot before. I think they are going to have a debate. Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) tells someone they have to tell him what it is if they want him to help. This may be about Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn), Charlotte, and Valentin.
Drew tells Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that he wants there to be no doubt. Drew is insisting that Alexis put him on the stand. This is when Drew is going to throw a fit on the stand and scream about Michael deserving to rot in prison, but that may actually make things worse. We all know Drew doesn’t listen to anybody.
General Hospital Thursday Spoilers: Drew’s Courtroom Outburst and Dante’s Confession
On Thursday, January 8th, Dante comes clean. We’ll see if he has realized he was trying to protect Michael. He may put Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) back on duty. I definitely think he should. Maybe he admits to Chase, “Okay, I wasn’t really seeing things clearly. Maybe I was being biased. I didn’t mean to be, but maybe I was.” I think he definitely should give him back his badge.
We also have Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) reconnecting with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). She’s worried about Michael and she’s worried about Chase, but she’s also upset with her husband. Alexis does something risky in court. And that may be putting Drew on the stand because we know that Thursday is the day when Drew winds up raging.
General Hospital Spoilers: Justine Drops the Hammer?
I’m very interested to see how this plays out because I think Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) might be able to come around on redirect, flip things. And make Drew look really bad. By association, that might even include Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Plus, Kai and Trina have a big realization about who tried to kill Drew.
My question is, since they had already discussed that Michael did this, if the ringtone issue makes them realize they were wrong. It’s interesting that Drew has the same “Twinkle Twinkle” ringtone for Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) that Michael has for Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Viron Weaver). I think that’s probably going to come into all this on General Hospital.
Friday Spoilers: Sonny and Laura Catch Up While Alexis Plays a Dangerous Game
On Friday, January 9th, Laura and Sonny do some catching up. Laura is going to tell Sonny about Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota)’s threats against Ace and that she sent the kid away with Kevin. She mentions that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) was saying Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) are both close to Sidwell and they may be his vulnerabilities. I doubt that; Sidwell cares about himself and Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo). However, Sonny might be able to utilize this.
Also on Friday, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) makes a mistake. She says something she’s not supposed to. And it may be to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) or it may be to Marco, who is soon put in charge of overseeing her work. Kai and Trina consider what to do next. Remember, Trina was talking about just dropping it, but it looks like this week they go over to Alexis’s house and tell her they know who shot Drew.

General Hospital Spoilers: Tracy Blasts Alexis & Drew Taunts Carly & Jason
The thing is, even if they still think that Michael did it, on December 9th, Drew told Alexis that “Twinkle Twinkle” is his ringtone for Scout, the same that Michael has for Wiley. I wonder if Alexis may mention that fact to them or still use it against Michael in court, perhaps telling Drew to change the ringtone to set him up. She’s desperate; we all know that.
Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jason cross paths with Drew. And I’m sure it’s going to get very messy. I’m sure he’s going to say things about Michael going down for shooting him. Meanwhile, Tracy corners Alexis. I’m sure it’s going to be to blast her for playing her and bluffing her while Tracy was on the stand. She may ask her about Martin, but of course, Alexis has no idea who left her the note.
General Hospital Early Spoilers January 12-16: Family Heirlooms and a Deadly Blizzard
During the week of January 12th through the 16th, we’ve got Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Molly getting closer. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is going to soon make an escape attempt that isn’t going to go very well. Valentin is going to make a move to get onto Spoon Island. And Ava may be the one to spot him and tell Sidwell.
Justine may be forced to investigate Michael soon unless something changes. We’ve got spoilers for 2026 saying Sonny goes out of his way to interfere when Justine looks into someone he loves. Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) and Michael face the fallout of their wrecked alibi and the consequences of their lies.
General Hospital Spoilers: Tracy on a Mission
Tracy won’t rest until she gets the Quartermaine family heirlooms back. And she’s going to be coming after Drew twice as hard. It is soon going to come out that Drew left Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) for dead out in front of Bobbie’s Diner when he was having his coronary. Dante is still reeling from what came out at the trial and he may want to take a step back from his role as commissioner, but I don’t think anybody’s going to let him do that.
Brook Lynn is upset at Chase when Michael comes under scrutiny, but Chase feels justified and is probably even more certain that he was right that Michael shot Drew. Lulu and Nathan get closer and they’re going to be in each other’s arms during a search for Charlotte when she sneaks off again from her PCPD trackers.
Also, Jacinda and Michael’s relationship may not survive this. Jacinda may assume that Michael’s going to bail on her, but I don’t think he will. Marco gets impatient soon with Sidwell’s lack of action on Sonny. Justine is going to use Drew against Willow in court. And the trial may go off the rails despite everything lining up just because of Drew’s hubris. Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) comes back around to pressure Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about Charlotte and Valentin, and Britt and Jason are stranded in a blizzard soon.
