2024 College Football Playoff odds: Top teams off board, Indiana surges

The fourth College Football Playoff bracket was revealed on Tuesday, and the oddsboard looks a lot different from last week.

Before Week 13, Oregon (-20000), Ohio State (-10000), Texas (-3000), Georgia (-3000) and Penn State (-2000) were at the top as heavy favorites to make it into the 12-team Playoff.

Since those teams are essentially locks to advance to the postseason, at most books, lines for those teams to advance to the postseason are now off the board.

However, with the Playoff expanding to 12 teams this year, bettors can still wager on several other squads in this spot.

Let’s check out the odds to make the 12-team Playoff at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Nov. 27.

BETTING FAVORITES TO MAKE 12-TEAM CFP PLAYOFF FIELD:

Colorado: +600 (bet $10 to win $70 total)

Indiana saw its odds surge after the most recent reveal, moving to -2000 from -450 to make the postseason.

However, in the most recent CFP rankings, the committee placed them at No. 10, which FOX Sports lead college football analyst Joel Klatt said was “disrespectful.”

Second on this board is Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish moved to -650 from -450 over the last week.

Behind the Irish are the Volunteers at -500. Tennessee’s odds shortened from -320 after beating UTEP 56-0 in Week 13.

A team who saw its odds to make the 12-team playoff lengthen is Colorado. The Buffaloes lost 37-21 to Kansas and their line moved to +600 from +100.

Ole Miss also saw its odds fall to +500 from -500 after losing 24-17 to Florida.
